* April 2016 -  Is your Personal Trainer an Idiot? Presented at the Massachusetts Undergraduate Research Conference at UMASS Amherst.

* Awarded an Adrian Tinsley Program Summer Research Grant through Bridgewater State College. Conducted research and wrote Understanding Patient Experiences with Primary Healthcare Providers and Exercise Promotion. Presented at the ATP Symposium, at Posters on the Hill, April 2018, at the United States House of Representatives,  and at the ACSM 2018 World Congress of Exercise is Medicine, May 2018.

* Awarded a semester research grant through Bridgewater State College. Conducted research and wrote A Biomechanical Examination of the Lower Extremities while walking in High Heeled Shoes. Presented at StARS undergraduate research symposium, Bridgewater State University, April 2018.

* May 2019 – Master’s Thesis, currently in progress: Exercise therapy for depression and anxiety: an examination of the effectiveness of the BeWell at BSU - Exercise is Medicine® for Depression and Anxiety program
